Our company is an independent Contract Research Organization based in the USA that conducts pre-clinical medicine research in top-notch, GLP certified research sites in Eastern Europe. Our testing sites are overseen by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Ministry of Health and offer support for commercial development of new medicine discoveries as part of their main mission. Our company was founded to offer the top-notch, inexpensive services of these facilities to start-up bio-tech companies in the United States and Europe, thereby offering an attractive option for promoting development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We offer a wide range of preclinical services including drug safety, acute and chronic toxicity, pharmacological screening, bioavailability, bioequivalence, and extensive in vivo and in vitro screening for anticancer activity.
Our pre-clinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical testing far below other CROs since we maintain a very low overhead in the U.S. and perform all studies in Ukraine where personnel and lab costs are much lower. Our team in the U.S. is comprised of only of the company principals who deal directly with clients; we have no marketing expenses other than our site, and no head offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower study conduct prices in Ukraine due to much lower workers rates and are happy to provide our best rates for long-term and more intricate pre-clinical tests where labor is the greatest portion of the overall cost. Since we utilize the same stable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and laboratory supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we have no cost advantage on these items and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical tests. However, regardless of your test protocol and length, our goal is to provide our clients the greatest possible value for their investment.
